VISIT THE FARM

The farm will be open for U-pick daily from Mid-July through October. The animals would love to say hello on the weekends. Saturdays and Sundays we will open up that side of the property if you want to take a stroll around the path that surrounds the pastures. Our horse, goats and sheep are a personable bunch. They love human attention and will likely make their way over to greet you. We ask that customers stay on the Flower Farm side of the property during weekdays, as this is our private home. So, make a Saturday or Sunday afternoon of it and come pick some flowers and meet the animals!

THE CHILDRENS
CUTTING GARDEN

The Children's Cutting Garden was born out of a desire to hold space for my mom, who ensured that everyone had a dahlia or sunflower bouquet when hers were in season. My mom who let me plant my first garden in an old sandbox with chamomile. My mom who took my children and my sisters' out with her to her cutting garden as part of their daily routine. It was where you could find her if you wanted to chit chat, but you also better bring a pair of snips because she would also put you to work.

In the garden is where my children learned how to manage Japanese beetles (very sorry for this one) and deadhead. They also knew you picked early before the bees were active.

Those moments shaped us all, and I want your children to experience the same wonder. To be in nature and have the creative freedom to pick their very own bouquet. To have the autonomy to decide what is beautiful to them and collect accordingly. To touch nature. It's my mom's gift to us all.
